fascinating tales of romance, danger and loyalty."

It's time once more for Favorite Quote Friday!  Today I thought I would give you another glimpse into the pages of A Sorceress of His Own.  Here's a narrative quote told from the POV of Lord Dillon, the hero:
His heart pounded like the hooves of a galloping warhorse.  A single timid smile was all it had taken to make time stop.  A small pink tongue gliding sensually across soft lips in what he knew was an innocent gesture.  Yet his body reacted as if she had just thrown back the blankets and invited him to take her.
For some reason, Dillon reminds me a little bit of Zach, from my Immortal Guardians series.  :-)

Have a wonderful weekend!  I'll be spending mine with Ethan, Heather, and my Immortal Guardians family while I finish going over Shadows Strike proofs.  ;-)
