so many quotes down as I read through
Phantom Shadows' copyedits and proofs. I can't wait to start posting them later this summer. Until then, I thought I would post a quote from
Darkness Dawns in which Bastien addresses Roland, the hero:
“So,” he spoke, his attention focused on Roland, “it’s true then. You can’t imagine my disappointment when I arose, expecting to be handed your remains in a coffee can and was instead informed that you had been rescued.”
Have I mentioned that Bastien's past is a complicated one? :-)

DeleteHi, Marie! Thanks so much for pre-ordering Phantom Shadows! The audio should be released the same day as the paperback and ebook. I'm still waiting to hear who the narrator will be, but hope to be able to announce that soon. :-)
