I've spent the past week reading back through Darkness Rises, Immortal Guardians Book 4, and going over the copyedits. Now I can't wait until it's released! :-) I've also been writing down some favorite quotes as I go, which I will eventually begin to post here as the release date approaches. :-)

More reviews have been rolling in for Predatory, the anthology that contains my Immortal Guardians novella In Still Darkness, as well as stories by Alexandra Ivy, Nina Bangs, and Hannah Jayne. I'm so pleased and excited by the responses it's getting!
RT Book Reviews gave Predatory 4 stars - HOT!
"These four fabulous authors give us lovely little tastes of their vampire worlds. These stories will be especially appealing to fans of the various series that these shorts fit into. It is always fun to get an additional glimpse into our favorite universes."

Night Owl Reviews gave Predatory 4.5 stars and declared it a Top Pick! Here's a quote from the review:
"Pick up this awesome anthology. All the stories are great and sure to
entice you into searching out more books by these authors. If you enjoy
paranormal romance these are sure to please."

Tome Tender gave Predatory a fabulous 4.5 star review. Here's a quote from the review:
"What happens when you take 4 of my favorite paranormal romance writers
and put their novella length stories together in a book called Predatory…you
get an magnificent read. Each story was fan-freakin’-tastic, riveting
and long enough to suck you completely in. This anthology is a great
way to try out each of these author’s series, but for fans it gives you a
grand snippet of adventures we’ve come to love."

It's time once more for Favorite Quote Friday! There are only three weeks to go before Predatory's release, so I chose a quote from my novella In Still Darkness for today's selection. The heroine — Jenna McBride — is someone readers have not encountered previously in my Immortal Guardians series. She's a single mother, who is struggling to put her son John through college. In the following quote, John is speaking to Sheldon, Richart's Second:
"Really? You're going to put that image in my head?"
As some of you know, Sheldon's character has really grown on me. I had fun expanding his role in In Still Darkness and in Darkness Rises. :-)
Have a great weekend!
Dianne
