Favorite Quote Friday #155

Happy Friday!!  I've been working hard, editing Shadows Strike, Immortal Guardians Book 6, which tells Ethan and Heather's story.  I'll turn it in to my editor next week, so you might want to visit my Facebook page to see if I'll celebrate with a Flash Giveaway.  :-)

I've been getting a lot of emails, messages, and comments, asking who the hero of Phantom Embrace, the novella I've written for the On the Hunt anthology, will be.  Now that I've turned it in, I'm ready to announce that the hero of Phantom Embrace will be . . .  Yuri.  :-)

His heroine has been on my radar for a long time.  I'm glad Yuri finally found her.  ;-)

Today is the last day you can enter to win an Immortal Guardians Kindle or Nook ebook (winners choice of books already released) or one of two Immortal Guardians swag packs.  You can find the details and enter HERE.

Night Unbound received a fantastic 5-star review from Bears Read, Too, which declared it "Freakin' Phenomenal!"  Here's a snippet:

"There are so many things I love about this book and series!
  • The characters (especially the grumpy ones!)
  • The relationships and unbreakable friendships
  • The family dynamic
  • The plot and style of writing
  • The dialogue is hilarious!
  • The fact that the writing and pace is so good that each chapter flows with perfect ups and downs making it impossible to stop reading and the pages pretty much turn all of their own volition!
  • … and certainly not least but the hot & sexy romances"
You can read the full, fabulous review HERE.

It's time once more for Favorite Quote Friday!  For today's selection, I thought I'd give you a narrative quote taken from Night Unbound, Immortal Guardians Book 5, which tells Zach and Lisette's story.
Though shadows had been Zach’s friend for thousands of years, he found no comfort in them now.  He had not slept in two days, thanks to Seth’s precious Immortal Guardians.  Nor had he made love to Lisette.
The last irritated him far more than the first, of course.  Zach craved her touch like a cat craved catnip.  His existence had always been so bereft of affection and passion and tenderness that—now that Lisette had given him a taste of it—he constantly wanted to drink more in, to bathe in it and relish every kiss and touch and gasp of ecstasy.
Have a wonderful weekend!
