Favorite Quote Friday #16

Hello again!  I thought I'd post this week's Favorite Quote Friday separately.  If you missed my first post earlier today, I've chosen the winners in my 2 Kindle contest.  I also listed more blog tour stop winners and announced my next appearances.

Today's Favorite Quote is taken from Night Reigns and is a narrative quote told from the point of view of Marcus, the hero:

This was the first time he had ever landed on the receiving end of Seth's wrath and he felt a bit like a teenager being upbraided by a parent for staying out past curfew.


I admit that some of the more volatile scenes between Marcus and Seth are amongst my favorites.  :-)

    Bastien is the hero in Phantom Shadows, Book 3 in the Immortal Guardians series. It's scheduled to be released in October. :-)
