Favorite Quote Friday

Happy Friday!  I hope you all had a great week!

Look what came in the mail!  My author copies of my A Sorceress of His Own Audiobook!!  Aren't they pretty?  Kirsten Potter narrated it, so I can't wait to listen to it!  And it's still an Audible Romance Fantasy Bestseller.  Hooray!!  You're the best!!!

My A Sorceress of His Own Blog Tour and Giveaway has ended, but you still have a chance to win goodies.  I'm participating in the Favorite Heroines Giveaway Hop from June 17th through June 24th and will give away a Kindle copy of A Sorceress of His Own (a USA Today Bestseller).  There are prizes at every stop, so join the fun, meet some new-to-you heroines, and win, win, win!  You can start HERE.  :-)

It's time once more for Favorite Quote Friday!  Thank you, so much, everyone who has reviewed or rated A Sorceress of His Own.  I've been so pleased by the response to my new series.  Since some readers have mentioned enjoying the humor in it, I thought today I would give you a lighter snippet that features Alyssa (the heroine) and Robert (the hero's brother).

(I thought I would mention that Alyssa is wearing a black robe and cowl in this scene.)
Eyes narrowing, forehead crunching up in a scowl, Alyssa faced a smug Robert and lowered her hood.
“What did you do?” she demanded.
When he caught sight of her less than pleased expression, Robert gave an exaggerated grimace, reached forward, and cautiously tried to raise her hood again to hide her frown from his view.
Alyssa fought back a laugh and swatted his hands away.  “What did you do, Robert?” she repeated, less severe this time.
I can't wait to bring you Robert's story.  ;-)

Have a wonderful weekend!

Dianne
