Favorite Quote Friday, Giveaway News & More!

Happy Friday!  I've been playing catch-up this week.  My computer went wonky on me and I had to leave it in the shop for several days.  But all is well now and, even better, I didn't lose any files.  Woohoo!!  So I have a lot to share with you today.

Books-n-Kisses has a fantastic event going on now called the Audio Book Lovin' Giveaway.  It's all about audiobooks, so if you love them or have never given them a try, but are curious, drop by and enjoy.  This week, Kelly interviewed me and Kirsten Potter—the narrator of my Immortal Guardians audiobooks and A Sorceress of His Own, the first audiobook in my new series the Gifted Ones.  It's a fun interview and includes audio samples. I enjoyed it and thought it was a fun way to give readers and listeners a peek into the process.

I'll be giving away a Night Unbound Audiobook CD set to one lucky entrant.  And there is an additional month-long giveaway with lots of goodies up for grabs.  So drop by, join the fun, and enter to win!  Here's our interview.

It's time once more for Favorite Quote Friday!  A Sorceress of His Own, my latest release and the first book in my new series The Gifted Ones, has received 100 reviews on Amazon!  Thank you, so much, everyone who has reviewed or rated it.  I've been so pleased by your responses to it!  Here's another snippet for you that features Dillon and Alyssa, the hero and heroine:
As she watched, he reined in his temper, then leaned down and fluffed the pillows beneath her befuddled head.  Dragging the covers up, he added a few more blankets until all was arranged to his satisfaction.
He raised his eyebrows in silent question.
She smiled gratefully, touched by his fussing over her, and murmured a shy, “Thank you, Dillon.”
He stilled.  His eyes dropped to her lips.
Her smile faltered under his regard.  For some reason her pulse skipped, picking up and thrumming through her veins.  Her mouth went dry as she was struck with the sudden need to lick those lips that held his attention.  A need to which she surrendered.
His eyes narrowed, darkening with an emotion she did not recognize.
Have a wonderful weekend!

Dianne
