Favorite Quote Friday—Rendezvous with Yesterday

Happy Friday!  Only two and a half weeks to go until the release of Rendezvous with Yesterday!  Woohoo!!  I had a lot of fun creating a Rendezvous with Yesterday Dream Cast for one of my upcoming Blog Tour stops.  I usually don't have any trouble with those.  But this one ended up being a bit of a challenge, because I just couldn't picture many of the actors I like in a medieval setting.  :-)  But I like the cast I constructed and hope you will, too.

If you're a blogger and would like to join the fun, there's still time to sign up for the tour.  I'll be giving one lucky blogger a $25 Amazon Gift Card.  :-)  You can sign up HERE.

I also sent some goodies to the latest contest winners this week.  :-)  If you've pre-ordered Rendezvous with Yesterday, don't forget to enter my ongoing Pre-Order Giveaway.  And for more giveaways, join me on My Facebook Page.

EBookObsessed surprised me with a wonderful author spotlight.  I've been visiting Lucy's blog since early 2012 or thereabouts and look forward to doing so again for the tour.  I love that she's particularly fond of Bastien and Zach, because those are two of my favorite Immortal Guardians. Bad boys who don't give a fig about the rules and couldn't care less what others think of them (except the women they love, of course) are so much fun to write.  ;-)  Here's a link to the Author Spotlight.

It's time once more for Favorite Quote Friday!  Today I thought I would give fans of both The Gifted Ones and Immortal Guardians series a glimpse of Seth in Rendezvous with Yesterday:
The trees in front of them parted to reveal a large, sleek black vehicle with windows tinted as dark as the body.
"You drive a van?" Beth asked, somewhat surprised.
"Yes."  Pulling the keys from his back pocket, Seth pressed a button that disabled the alarm and unlocked the doors.  "Why?  What were you expecting?"
"An SUV.  Or maybe a sports car."
He shrugged.  "This serves my purpose better."
"Mm-hmm.  That purpose wouldn't by any chance include sneaking in some afternoon romps in the back with your ladylove, would it?" she teased.
Seth laughed.  "Alas, it does not."

I don't think Seth intimidates Bethany as much as he does other mortals.  :-)

Have a wonderful weekend!

Dianne
